Brooks Healy

As Director for Harbor Stone Advisors, Brooks represents landlords in disposing of multifamily assets throughout Maryland. His multifamily investment sales experience includes market rate, voucher or project-based low-income, multifamily development, mixed-use, and student housing sectors. Brooks utilizes a results-oriented approach, driven by his attention to detail, work ethic, and client needs.
Brooks has been active in multifamily investment brokerage for over 10 years and has successfully brokered more than 225 transactions. Before joining Harbor Stone Advisors, Healy was an advisor for national brokerage firm SVN on their Mid-Atlantic apartment investment sales team. Brooks is a founding member of Harbor Stone Advisors, a brokerage firm specializing in multifamily investment brokerage.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Brooks is a native of Baltimore and currently resides in Catonsville, Maryland. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching Baltimore sports, and playing golf in his spare time.
