Improving Building Experience

Why not look at raising the bar on a "building experience" ? I think of the building experience as everything to do with the feel one get's from initial visual appearance of the building to the overall experience of walking around commons areas and creative amenities. Sometimes it the simple things that go a long way. Well kept grounds, fresh paint, interior scent, relaxing ambient music, spaces to gather and good natural lighting. WiFi and common recharging areas for cell phones/laptops are great amenities! It does not have to be a major expense to make a big impact. This apply's to all product types of any building class or size. Paying attention to details will improve the tenant experience, marketability, retention and overall value.
