Typical broadband speeds likely won't cut it. Renters will prefer to submit tenant applications, pay rent and submit maintenance requests online with only a few clicks. Other trends include connectivity stations in the lobby with access to social events and internal Craigslist to sell and buy furniture. Concierge services offering convenience will also have high impact. Security, safety and mobile check-in in systems will be the norm and expected.
