When will the Commercial Market Uptick?

According to a recent survey from 2000 Loopnet members taken in 3Q09, the results show:
10% believe the uptick occurs in 2009
56% believe the uptick occurs in 2010
33% believe the uptick occurs in 2011

These numbers will vary by market and product type. There is a consistent theme that Multifamily, by far, is the best long term investment in comparison to all other product types.
