Justin Verner

Justin is the founder and President of Harbor Stone Advisors. He leads the organization with an open, honest, and collaborative approach while maintaining the firm’s core vision: expertise, results, and integrity. Verner’s unwavering focus on his specialty (Multifamily Investment Sales), client-first approach, continual improvement, and long-term, advisory philosophy have been instrumental in his career.
Justin’s track record spans 15 years and includes successfully transacting more than 365 apartment investment deals. Prior to founding Harbor Stone Advisors, Verner worked for national brokerage firm SVN. There, he led their Mid-Atlantic multifamily investment sales team and continually ranked in the top 1% of advisors nationwide. On numerous occasions, Verner was elected to Partner’s Circle, the most prestigious national award achievable.
Justin graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His concentration was Finance and he minored in Management Information Systems. Verner sits on the board of Charles Street Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization.
